Manifold Research Centre Research Centre Antilope Desktop Experimental Drum Synth & Audio Processor

Manifold Research Centre Antilope: Boundless Rhythmic Exploration

The Antilope by Manifold Research Centre is a desktop instrument designed to push the boundaries of traditional percussion. A dual-voice drum synthesizer at its core, it eschews standard oscillator designs in favor of a unique combination of feedback synthesis and physical modeling concepts. The Antilope excels at generating "living" sounds—ranging from deep, sub-bass kicks to fragile, glassy clicks and rushing industrial textures. Beyond its synthesis capabilities, it functions as a powerful external audio processor, allowing you to transform incoming signals through its internal filters and feedback networks. Its tactile design encourages immediate interaction and spontaneous sonic improvisation.

Key Features:

• Dual Synthesis Engines: Two independent voices capable of complex rhythmic and harmonic interactions.

• Feedback-Driven Architecture: Harness unpredictable and organic tones via internal signal routing.

• External Audio Processing: Process external gear through the Antilope's unique filter and feedback stages.

• Tactile Performance Interface: High-quality knobs and switches for immediate, menu-free control.

• Diverse Sonic Palette: Perfect for industrial techno, ambient soundscapes, and experimental glitch production.
