Zoom H3-VR: All-in-One VR Audio Recorder and Interface

The Zoom H3-VR is a portable recorder and USB audio interface built to make immersive audio recording simple and accessible. With its built-in four-capsule Ambisonics microphone, it captures 360° sound directly — no need for extra microphones or complicated rigging.

Supporting both Ambisonics A and B formats, the H3-VR is tailored for VR/AR production, 3D audio, binaural soundscapes, and spatial post-production. Its integrated gyroscope automatically corrects orientation, ensuring accurate sound localization no matter how the recorder is positioned.

The H3-VR also functions as a USB audio interface, enabling real-time 360° audio streaming or direct multi-channel recording into your DAW. It supports multiple output formats including WAV, MP3, and binaural stereo, while features like auto gain control and intuitive onboard processing streamline the workflow.
